Title: Country Pecan Muffins

1 1/3cFlour
1cPecans; chopped
1/2cBrown sugar; firmly packed
2tsBaking powder
1pnSalt
1/2cMilk
1/4cButter; melted
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2tsVanilla

Combine first 5 ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Set aside. Combine milk, butter, eggs and vanilla; add to dry ingred. stirring just til moistened. Spoon batter into greased and floured muffin pans, filling half full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Yield: 15 muffins.
